Policy Statement
This policy applies to all fees, charges, and refunds for services provided by Skyglobal Migration & Education, including admissions to colleges/universities, visa applications, health insurance through third-party providers, and PTE coaching. Fees and refunds are managed in line with applicable laws and contractual obligations.
Fees & Charges
Clients are informed of all fees before entering into a service agreement. Payments are collected in stages, deposited into Skyglobal Migration & Education’s trust account, and invoiced accordingly.
- Service fees are non-refundable once paid.
- Fees are fixed at registration and are not affected by market changes.
- Service charges exclude government, assessing authority, embassy, or insurance fees, which must be paid separately by the client.
- No refunds or transfers apply if a client withdraws, switches services, or changes destination countries.
- Skyglobal Migration & Education is not responsible for refusals by immigration authorities, skills assessors, embassies, or insurers.
Visa Refusals – No Refunds Apply If Due To:
- Immigration rule changes
- Missed interviews or verifications
- Late or incomplete documents
- Police or medical clearance issues
- Fraudulent or concealed information
- Insufficient settlement funds
- Prior visa refusal not disclosed
Chargebacks & Payments
Skyglobal Migration & Education maintains a strict no-chargeback policy. Any unjustified disputes may result in service termination and debt recovery action. Clients accept responsibility for all payment methods and transaction accuracy.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide complete and genuine documents
- Disclose any personal changes during processing
- Inform Skyglobal Migration & Education of communications with authorities within 7 days
- Meet financial disclosure requirements when applicable
Privacy
Skyglobal Migration & Education protects client information and uses it only for lawful and service-related purposes in accordance with privacy laws.
Case-Specific Refund Rules
Temporary Resident (TR) – Professional Year:
Full refund available after one month of course completion.
Consultations:
Non-refundable once invoiced; adjustable if proceeding with services.
Health Insurance:
No refunds through Skyglobal Migration & Education—handled directly by the provider.
PTE / IELTS:
No refunds after course start; fees valid for six months.
Other Services:
Governed by the signed service agreement.
Refund Application Process
- Be submitted in writing using the official refund form
- Include supporting documents
- Match the signature on the service agreement
- Have all outstanding fees cleared
Refunds are normally processed within four weeks, and clients will be notified in writing of the decision. Appeals may be made under Australian consumer protection laws.
Responsibility
The Accounts Manager processes claims, while the Director makes final decisions and oversees policy enforcement.
